Summary[]
Superstar Expedition is a Kirby fan universe created by DreamcrosserSquad.
In a universe parallel to our own exists an incredibly Earth-like future-fantasy world dubbed "Virgo." It is inhabited by many creatures, most notably the Virgoians, a spherical human-like race, and the Chaosites, which are the evil, soulless pawns of Akuno, whose goal is to plunge Planet Virgo in darkness. It's up to the Chaos Slayers to stop Akuno's antics!
The story follows a young Chaos Slayer, Shifuto, who has aspired to be one for years after witnessing his father's many heroic feats. Along the way he meets Surasshu and Shogun, who he befriends and travels with on his journey to stop Akuno.
Terminology[]
- Koketsu: A life force that all beings on Planet Virgo with a soul possess akin to Aura. It has several purposes, most notably in terms of combat. Koketsu users are immune to extreme temperatures, which means they can walk through a blizzard with little clothing and have fire blasted right in their face and still survive, and have much better senses than those without Koketsu do. The most common uses of Koketsu are to use Koketsu to strengthen their bodies or protect themselves from damage and sense other beings with Koketsu, though there are many other abilities it is capable of. Those with Koketsu can also possess Elements, and with sufficient training, they can use more than one or even master all 8 Elements. There are 8 Elements, which are:
- Fire
- Water
- Lightning
- Wind
- Mind
- Soul
- Light
- Darkness
- Chaosites: Akuno's soldiers in which he attempts to take over Planet Virgo using. These beings resemble creatures on Earth and in fantasy, and are completely pitch-black in color with a purple aura surrounding them. They are ranked as "Low-Level," "Mid-Level, "High-Level" and "Extreme-Level" depending on their strength:
- Low-Level: Low-Level Chaosites are the weakest out of the other Chaosites. These ones are capable of killing a small group of people and tearing through steel without much effort.
- Mid-Level: Mid-Level Chaosites are, as the name says, in the middle in terms of strength. These ones can take out entire buildings and can be a threat to small towns.
- High-Level: High-Level Chaosites are significantly stronger than the Low and Mid-Level Chaosites. They can take out entire city blocks and can threaten large towns and small cities.
- Extreme-Level: Extreme-Level Chaosites are the rarest and most powerful Chaosites known to man. They can threaten entire populations of people and destroy entire cities without much effort.
- These are the known Chaosites:
- Serpent: A Low-Level Chaosite whose appearance is akin to that of a snake's.
- Centipede: A Low-Level Chaosite whose appearance is akin to that of a giant centipede's.
- Moth: A Low-Level Chaosite that looks like a massive moth-like creature. They're capable of picking up people with relative ease.
- Wyvern Ω (pronounced "Wyvern Omega"): A High-Level massive wyvern-like creature capable of leveling entire cities.
- Wyvern α (pronounced "Wyvern Alpha"): A Mid-Level wyvern-like creature that is much smaller than its Omega counterpart, but can still pack quite a punch.
- Basilisk: One of the few known Extreme-Level Chaosites. Legend says that a Basilisk nearly put an end to an entire ancient civilization once.
- Anti-Chaos, Inc.: A corporation that was formed to combat against the Chaosites. Shifuto's father Shoutio is the current CEO of the corporation. The workers of the corporation are known as the "Chaos Slayers," who are professionally-trained fighters that use a variety of swords and combat styles to slay the Chaosites. They are ranked from 1 to 8 depending on how powerful they are:
- Rank 7-8: The lowest-ranked Chaos Slayers. These Chaos Slayers are capable of slaying most Low to Mid-Level Chaosites.
- Rank 5-6: These Chaos Slayers are capable of slaying all Low-Level Chaosites and most Mid to High-Level Chaosites.
- Rank 3-4: These Chaos Slayers are capable of slaying all Low-Level and Mid-Level Chaosites and most High-Level Chaosites.
- Rank 1-2: The highest-ranked Chaos Slayers. These Chaos Slayers are capable of slaying Extreme-Level Chaosites, the most powerful of the bunch.
Power of the Verse[]
Superstar Expedition is a moderately powerful verse, with most Low and Mid-Level Chaosites ranging from Wall level to Large Building level, and the High-Level and Extreme-Level ones ranging from City Block level to City level. The Chaos Slayers typically fall within that range of power as well. The verse isn't too hefty on hax, but it does have abilities such as Extrasensory Perception, Status Effect Inducement and Statistics Amplification.
